Slovenia-Alps 2018 - The driving and river maps

Rather than make another days blog huge I thought I would make a seperate quick post just to show some maps and things.  The maps are just from Google maps and an estimation of the routes and mileage. I don't have any fancy gizmo that tracks where you go, so you won't see the odd wrong turn we took and the loops back round ourselves!!!

Tuesday - Day one - Drive from Kidderminster, meet with Matt at Beaconsfield services and drive on to Air BnB booked in Maidstone, Kent.  177 miles.

Wednesday - Day two - Drive to Dover to catch the Ferry to Calais.  Then Calais on to our Air BnB in Pforzheim.  Approx 462 miles.

Thursday - Day three - Drive to Ausburg White Water course and then on to Grosreifling Austria.  Approx 382 miles.

Total trip shown in blue but the distance shown was only pforzheim back to Ausburg so....
... I got this one to calculate the mileage...

Day four - Friday - Only involved shuttle driving in Austria.  Day four was a paddle Fackwerk to Weiblauf.
Day five - Saturday - Shuttle driving in the morning for the run from Petrus to Saggraben.

Day five - Saturday afternoon - drive from Saggraben to Zaga in Slovenia.  Approx 174 miles.

Day six and seven - Sunday and Monday - Shuttling from Zaga on the Soca River.
Sunday - Cezsoca to Boka.  Monday - I stayed in but the others went from Velika Korita, off at Bunkerji (or just past it in the end) Back on at Zmuklica and off at Cezsoca, Then they ran Zmuklica and Cezsoca again.  Link to a map that you are able to zoom in on easier Soca River map - clear (Go to the second page of the leaflet).  Then one not so clear but shows a couple more put in further up the river.... Rob is intrigued and may investigate.... Soca river map - extended?

I will continue to update this blog as the trip goes on.
